3ds max trial not installing

I really hope someone can help me with this. For some reason I've tried multiple times to download the trial from the website and install it, but it stops partway through saying it is missing or needs some other part. I haven't tried in a while so I don't remember exactly what it said, but it acts like it's on 2 discs when it's been downloaded onto my computer. Any ideas? I woulf like to at least eperiment with using it.
